9. REPORT REFUNDS

Refunds after a report has been processed and sent to the buyer will be at CCI Media Ltd’s discretion and only in exceptional circumstances. Any refunds given at this point will be subject to a £5 admin charge. In the event of a refund being requested after a report has been prepared and sent, the buyer must present reasonable cause for applying for a refund. No refund will be given for to a subscriber that cancels their subscription after a monthly fee has been charged to their account.

10. SHOP/AUTOMOBILIA REFUNDS

If you wish to cancel your order within 7 days of receipt of your automobilia purchase, please contact us at customerservices@CCImedia.co.uk, or telephone 01892 457670. Products are to be returned in perfect condition to CCI Media Ltd, Unit 3 Castle Keep Business Centre, Wadhurst Castle, Wadhurst, East Sussex, TN5 6AH.

The products being returned must be securely packed to avoid damage to the item. We recommend returning the product by recorded delivery using Parcel Force. We will refund the cost of postage (up to a maximum of £4.95) in the event of an item arriving damaged or faulty.

If an automobilia item has been damaged en-route to you we will require a jPeg image of the damage. For UK residents, if an automobilia item is damaged or faulty then collection of the product may be arranged by CCI Media Ltd. If not we will ask the buyer to return the product by recorded delivery using Parcel Force.

CCI Media Ltd does not accept responsibility for goods returned by a customer, but which are not received, unless proof of delivery to us or receipt by carrier is supplied.

If the seller accepts the return of goods/cancellation of order (other than on the grounds of defect) the seller reserves the right to make a handling, cancellation and restocking charge of 15%.

We process returns as quickly as possible. Returns are typically handled within 7 days, but it may take longer.

This refund policy does not affect your statutory rights.

11. REPORTS

Our aim is always to ensure the information contained within our reports is correct and as accurate as possible. However, we disclaim all liability and responsibility arising from any reliance placed on information available within a report that we prepare.

12. ALERTS SERVICE

A monthly fee of £5 will be levied for our alerts service. You can cancel at anytime during the month although no refund will be made for a cancellation made during any month for which a monthly subscription fee has already been charged.
