Michael Caine's Rolls Royce sells for £135,000

Some celebrity names attached to a car can create very strong interest and a real premium price for a seller. One such example is a sale by H&H on the 15th March of a 1968 Rolls-Royce Silver Shadow Two-Door Drophead Coupe which was supplied new to Sir Michael Caine CBE. The car was featured in a 1969 documentary 'Candid Caine: A Self-Portrait of Michael Caine' and its star power took it all the way to £135,000.
