Anglia Car Auctions on the 19th and 20th

This coming weekend brings the ACA summer sale and we think the lot list is one of their best for some years. Not only does it include some real rarities, but also some nice mainstream cars whether they be projects or in good order that could well provide great value for money for buyers on Saturday and Sunday. We have already touched on the amazing barn find AC Ace with a Bristol engine along with an AC powered AC and an AC Aceca. Both AC Ace's are going to attract some serious bidding given their final value when restored. There are several E-Type restorations from the same barn find and an Ac Aceca. Among the rarities are a 1932 Alvis 12/50 Shooting Brake which looks great and comes with a very reasonable estimate of £10,000 - £12,000. A 1962 Ford Anglia 105E with just one family owner from new has no reserve. A 1968 Ford Corsair Crayford Convertible comes with an estimate of £10,000 to £12,000. There are cars for all budgets and towards the lower end is a 1985 Ford Orion with just over 36,000 miles on the clock. When did you last see one of these! This one is being sold at no reserve and we think now is the time to buy as they can only go in one direction. Perhaps not the most exciting car, but they are relatvely rare now and a low mileage Ford is always going to gather more interest as the years pass. Along side the barn find collection there is also a plethora of cars for restoration including a 1950 Lagonda 2.6 litre saloon estimated at £4,000 to £6,000.

This sale is sure to generate strong interest and we recommend having a good look through the lot list, there may well be something to tempt you!
