Mike Brewer famed for several car programmes, the most famous of which is Wheeler Dealers is due to sell more cars from his collection, this time at Silverstone Auctions NEC Classic Car Show sale on the 13th November. A very rare 1939 Sunbeam-Talbot 4-Litre Sports Saloon with an estimate of £28,000-32,000 will be sold at Brightwells online auction next week. The car is thought to be one of just two survivors from a production of 44 cars.

Notable results include the £40,810 paid for a 1963 Jaguar 340 which was almost double the estimate of £21,000 to £23,000.

Record sale results are continuing to roll in across all auction houses which can only be a reflection of the buoyant state of the classic car market at present. The car in question is a Triumph 2500 Pi MK 2 which was owned by senior road test and development engineer Gordon Birtwistle.
