Silverstone Auctions to sell unregistered 143 mile MGB

Silverstone Auctions next scheduled sale on the 27th August at the Silverstone Classic will feature a 1980 MGB Roadster with just 143 recorded miles. Unusually the car was bought and kept as an investment as part of a collection of three similar cars with each due to be given to a grandson when they reached 21 years old. This car was therefore placed into storage and very carefully preserved over the years to maintain its condition. The end result is effectively a new car which the grandson who has inherited this car has decided to sell. Given the market's desire for anything low mileage and given how well this car has been preserved it should comfortable make its estimate of £25k to £30k.
