RM is holding their annual UK auction in Battersea, London tomorrow. As can be expected of any RM auction the entries are high end cars and this year with a considerable emphasis on Mercedes. The lot list has a large number of hugely desirable cars.

There is a Mercedes 300SL Roadster with an estimate of £750,000-£850,000 as well as a 300SL Gullwing (estimate £700,000-£900,000) and with demand for these cars showing no signs of abating it would not be surprising to see a price towards the top end of these estimates achieved, if not higher. The spread of Mercedes available within this sale will cater for all tastes including some of the more unusual models such as a Mercedes Benz 170-DA Pick Up, a VA Station Wagon and a 170 SV ambulance.

The list of Mercedes on offer is almost endless and for any collectors wanting to add this marque to their collection tomorrow's auction is well worth a look. Aside from Mercedes there is a wide selection of other marques catered for including a fantastic Porsche 911 Carrera RS 2.7 Touring (estimate £250,000-£325,000) as well as one of our favourite Ferrari's a 250GT Lusso (£500,000-£650,000) and another favourite of ours a .

For the pre war enthusiast there is a Bentley 4-1/2 litre tourer by Vanden Plas (estimate £525,000 - £600,000) and for the spies amongst us a rare opportunity to buy another bond car, this time the Lotus Esprit submarine car from the film The Spy Who Loved Me. For those with very deep pockets there are a number of million pound cars including an Ex-Jaguar Works long nose D-Type race car which comes with an estimate of £5,500,000 - £6,500,000 and within the wide selection of Ferrari's the top pick has to be the amazing looking 275 GTB/C Berlinetta Competizione by Scaglietti (£2500,000- £3,000,000).
