Bonhams

Bonhams kicked off their 2015 auction season today in Paris. The results did not throw up any major surprises with strong prices being paid for top cars. We were keeping a close eye on the price achieved by the AC Aceca which looks to be a very nice car but does not sport its original engine and is a left hand drive car that was actually converted to right hand drive. The car still achieved over 100k which suggests that its four seater brother, the Greyhound is looking to be a very overlooked and undervalued car at the moment with prices at present typically at half this level despite being an excellent touring car that is certainly different in looks but still an attractive looking car. It was also interesting to see the two Fiat Dino Spyders in the auction achieve over £100k each and there is probably more upside in these cars given their rarity and the Ferrari power plant.
