Richard Edmonds will be holding their next sale of automobilia this coming Friday with as always a very good selection of items on offer. The headlining automobilia item is a 1920s Stepney Tyres rectangular enamel sign, in good original condition,which Richard Edmonds claim is the rare and largest version of this sign. The estimate certainly reflects that at £6,000 to £7,000 and it is certainly a fantastic looking sign.A British Dominions pictorial enamel sign depicting the racing car coming towards the viewer, assets exceed £20,000,000 is also another big ticket item and a good quality sign will usually command upwards of £5,000 making the estimate of £4,000 to £5,000 look about right.
