H&H at Duxford

H&H will be holding their penultimate sale of the year this coming Wednesday at the excellent location of the Imperial War Museum at Duxford. Included in the sale are what is likely to be the lowest mileage Hillman Imp on the planet with just 82 miles from new and with a very reasonable estimate of just £6,000 to £8,000. Another low mileage car on offer is a 1964 Triumph Herald 12/50 Skylight Saloon which has just 16,200 miles from new. The car looks lovely and the estimate of £5,000 to £7,000 might prove to be conservative. There is also a 10,800 miles from new Triumph Stag in this sale which is also conservatively estimated at (£10,000 to £12,000). A Ford Capri RS3100 is something of a rarity with just 250 examples having been built. These cars have been following the trajectory of the fast Fords and the estimate of £45,000 to £55,000 reflects this. A 1954 Mercedes-Benz 300 B 'Adenauer' Cabriolet which is in need of restoration might well exceed its estimate of £50,000 to £70,000 given that it is in rare right hand drive form.
