Classic Car Auctions first day sale results now available

We think today's CCA sale was probably the most interesting in terms of rare cars this year. A real eclectic mix of oddballs and rarities. A whole host of almost never to be seen again Woodies and estates. Many were project material, but with a long winter of Covid induced hibernation in prospect what better way to use your time than bring one of these wonderful classics back to life. Highlights in terms of prices include £19,425 paid for a 1950 Austin A70 Hampshire Countryman, £14,652 paid for a 1947 Alvis TA14 Shooting Brake by Barnard of Norwich, £15,318 paid for a 1961 Morris Minor Million, £17,760 paid for a 1955 Ford Zephyr Six Mk1 Farnham Estate, £15540 paid for a 1953 Austin A70 Hereford Convertibl, £58830 paid for a 1953 Sunbeam Alpine Special. Most of the cars were no reserve and this resulted in a number of the projects going for very little money indeed. To see the bargains you may have missed out on do check out the results page on the CCA website.
