About the Singer Super 12
The Singer Super 12 was a medium-sized car, the singer from 1938 to 1949 as a successor to the 11 built.
The car had a straight four-cylinder engine with 1525 cc capacity (Bore x stroke = 68 mm x 105 mm), the 43 bhp (31.6 kW) at 4000 / min. contributed. Like all Singer engines since 1935 the engine had an overhead camshaft. The top speed of the car was at 103 km / h.
The Super 12 was only available as a four-door saloon.
In 1948 appeared the much more modern and slightly larger successor SM 1500, during the Super 12 was further built until 1949
