Richard Edmonds

The Richard Edmonds auction this past weekend was very much focused on Automobilia and a collection of stationary steam engines along with two very fine traction engine models. However, Saturday's auction also encompassed a nice selection of cars and the star of the show was a fully rebuilt Austin Seven Swallow. The car had been subject to a full rebuild although it was by no means a perfect car, but nevertheless went on to achieve over £20k inclusive of all fees showing that these rarities which carry with them the provenance of being the first car that William Lyons of Jaguar built are likely to continue rising in value.
